When employees connect their Google Calendar account, the integration:

  • Reads calendar availability to prevent double bookings.
  • Creates or updates appointment events related only to B3Outside bookings.
  • Does not access emails, contacts, or unrelated calendar data.
  • Uses Google’s secure OAuth 2.0 connection—B3Outside never sees or stores Google passwords.

Employees can disconnect their Google Calendar connection at any time through their Amelia profile.

2. Information We Collect

When customers make a booking, we collect the information required to deliver our services, such as name, contact details, and activity preferences.
We may also collect technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type) for analytics and site security.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To manage and confirm bookings.
  • To send important updates or reminders about your activity.
  • To maintain accurate staff scheduling via Google Calendar.
